With over 10 years of midwifery experience I combine my skills with the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness to offer a holistic approach to care that honours both the science and soul of motherhood.

HypnoBirthing Course

Learn about the mind-body connection, the hormonal dance, the holistic journey of birth, how to optimise your birth environment as well as breath work practices, relaxation techniques, active birth positions, massage and movement. Includes comprehensive manual and relaxations.

With over 10 years experience working with families I understand how essential it is to be heard, to be seen and to be supported. My role is to offer a safe space for connection and guidance through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.
