This workshop has been lovingly created to offer you space, guidance and connection. Come along and have the opportunity to discuss your pregnancy, birth and mothering questions in a safe environment PLUS get to meet other mamas so you can to build your village as well as your confidence.

You’ll learn simple, powerful techniques you can begin using right away, during pregnancy and all the way through labour and birth.

This is your moment of pause, reflection, and empowerment — a beautiful way to begin the new year and your journey toward birth.

FAQs

How many weeks pregnant do I need to be?

The workshop is ideal for anyone from 12 weeks onwards.

I don’t know anyone else coming, Is that ok?

Absolutely! Most people attending will come on their own. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet other mothers to be. There will be time to chat and connect.

Are partners included?

This day is a women’s only space designed specifically for expectant mothers.

Does it matter if I have had a baby before?

Not at all, every mother is welcome and encouraged to attend. Whether it is your first baby or you’ve birthed before, each baby brings new lessons and learnings. It is so special to have space for connection and wisdom sharing from each participant.

What type of yoga will it be?

The movement element of the session is a gentle vinyasa-style flow based around the Journey of Birth to explore active birth positions. All movement is offered as an exploratory practice and you will only be encouraged to do what feels right in your body. Feel free to let me know any specific concerns you are working with so I can support you to adapt to your own needs.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yoga mats and refreshments will be provided so you just need to bring yourself, some comfortable clothes and any extra bits you may need to be comfy and warm.

Do you offer reduced tickets?

I would never want money to get in the way of accessing these beautiful workshop spaces so I offer concession tickets to anyone who needs it. Simply email me to arrange.
