Meet Me.
Becoming a mother myself was an incredibly transformative experience. Since my daughters birth, I have dedicated my work to supporting thousands of women and families on their own powerful journey to parenthood.
My experience spans a diverse range of settings. I initially trained as a doula in a red tent in Austria which gave me a strong foundation to go on to study Midwifery in London. After a few years of hospital-based work I moved to Bristol in 2018 and then focused on community midwifery care. Following that I took some time to practice as an independent midwife whist studying my MSc in Global Maternal Health. I now work back in the NHS as community and home birth specialist midwife.
I incorporate these skills into my in-person and online workshops and events. I use my social media space to share guidance and support for anyone navigating pregnancy and preparing for birth. My work is strongly themed around holistic health, yoga and mindfulness as key pillars in the motherhood journey.
When I’m not working you can find me wild swimming, practising yoga, out in the woods or crocheting a new project.
